Professional Development at BelovED
At BelovED, we believe that great educators never stop learning. To support continuous growth, all faculty members participate in a two-week Summer Institute before the start of each school year. During this time, teachers and school leaders come together to deepen their understanding of our mission, instructional approach, school culture, and student support programs while preparing for the year ahead.
Professional learning continues throughout the school year through regularly scheduled half-day professional development sessions. These opportunities allow faculty to collaborate, share best practices, learn from one another, and refine their instructional and classroom management skills. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaborative learning, we ensure that our educators are equipped to provide the highest-quality educational experience for every student.
